The map experiment shows Berlin's population density based on Berlin’s smallest statistical unit - the so called "blocks". One dot equals one inhabitant. The average deviation for a block is 1,5 dots. The data was last updated on April 13, 2017.
Turf.js, Leaflet.js and Node.js was used to make this map.
The site is monitored with the open source tool PIWIK.
